Goods and services here are subject to the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection" No. 3153-IX of 10 June 2023. Complaints, refund and replacement claims are free of charge.

If a dispute is not settled directly, it may be referred to the State Service of Ukraine on Food Safety and Consumer Protection.
